HTS consists of simple exercises that instantaneously activate the whole body. This mix of simple exercises gives you the ability to activate the concentration of attention.

In 2011 Practice HORA launched HTS as a project for the prevention of substance dependence among youth. We are a large international team, united by the desire to live and develop a full life in a continually changing world.
Our team organizes and leads public training and educational events directed towards strengthening the youth environment away from any type of substance dependence and psychological exhaustion.
We organize and promote complementary training and educational programs dedicated towards intellectual and physical development for youth ages 16 to 27.

We created a social youth project HORA®TRANCE SPORT, where youth can consistently training of
HTS — One fitness method for all needs. It is designed to:
- Fill you with energy if you lost it.
- Charge you with vigor.
- Allow for faster recovery when you need it.
- Submerge you into calmness, by taking you out from stress and tension.

Surprising, that such training involves so many muscle groups. I liked it a lot, and would like for it to be available in my region
I enjoyed this year training even more than last year. It is such a different kind of training. I defiantly feel calmer after it. I cam here very stressed.
This really relieved the school-related stress I had. I definitely feel calmer. I feel more mentally energetic than before. It is for sure. It is something new. Give it a chance.
I thought it was going to be like Zomba! But it was not. It is a very different experience. It was very relaxing. I feel calmer, less tired and more energetic.

I feel mentally more prepared for what I am going to do next. I feel like if I did this every day it would relieve a lot of stress. It made me feel more energetic. And I have a lot of homework to do.
I really liked the training. It is something new. After it, I feel calmer and energized at the same time. Definitely more energized and this training does not require pushing beyond the limit.

This is a summary of what we have noticed in ourselves and in others. The depth of your results is subject to your current state of physical, emotional, and mental health. Our exercises, can be seen in videos, are easy on the muscles, do not require weights or extreme stretching, and thus the person does not overexert him/herself.

HORA-TRANCE SPORT™ is a new type of social meet-up, as well as a fun and productive training for natural health. While pursuing your personal goals, you will have the benefits of HTS helping you and you will reduce the need for pills and substances.
