HTS is easy, practical training, based on simple European fitness exercises that will support you with intellectual, emotional, and physical workloads.

I enjoyed this year training even more than last year. It is such a different kind of training. I defiantly feel calmer after it. I cam here very stressed.

The survey from our focus groups shows that after HORA Trance Sport exercise session (scale of 1 to 10):
-- Felt significant shift in calmness increase: 67.3% - sum of 8 9, 10
-- Felt moderate increase in calmness: 17.3% - sum of 6, 7
-- Did not fill change in calmness: 3.8% - sum of 5
-- Felt less energy: 11.5% - sum of 1, 2, 3, 4

This is a summary of what we have noticed in ourselves and in others. The depth of your results is subject to your current state of physical, emotional, and mental health. Our exercises, can be seen in videos, are easy on the muscles, do not require weights or extreme stretching, and thus the person does not overexert him/herself.

Youth (16 to 27) participation is complimentary. The organizational expenses are covered by people who are not indifferent to the evolutionary health of future youth.

HORA-TRANCE SPORT™ is a new type of social meet-up, as well as a fun and productive training for natural health.
